Very nice experience at Toyota of Santa Maria
Not a very good service department. Had an appointment and when I arrived I was told there was a 2- 2 1/2 hour wait. Really?? Not to mention that I am still dealing with a warranty issue that they will not take care of. Phone calls are never returned. Everyone is always in training and never available. They will sell you a vehicle, but when it comes to customer service, this dealership is horrible. I will NEVER own another Toyota...ever. Going to go back to Honda.
