Told me if I came back the next day to trade in my truck they would give me $25,500, even after I said I was interested in trading in for a different vehicle, told me my vehicle was worth $22,000 and are now selling it for $28,500. Did not disclose it was a rental, let alone a rental in Colorado during the winter. They only think that "salt damage" is worth $1000, when AAA disagrees, took 1 hour to "detail" the vehicle after I found melted chocolate in it, they did not detail it. Poor Customer Service follow up. Have a issue with the roof paint on my 2012 Tacoma fading. After multiple texts, emails, and phone calls finally just hear back that there is nothing they can do. I guess quality is not that important to Toyota.
Just be careful of these guys, not very customer oriented. They do the bare minimum, don’t expect anything else.

Jesse and Patrick were amazing. I drove from Paso Robles to Santa Maria, but not before we had something in mind so that I didn’t take a trip for no reason! After test driving, the paperwork was ready and the terms didn’t change at all from what we agreed on. Go see these guys!
Every single time I go I feel like I am the most important person there! Everyone is super friendly and they make a point to welcome you even if you are working with that individual! Great place!!

After having a problem arise they went above and beyond to fix the situation. Thank you guys thanks Jesse. Edit. Fast forward a year and 28000 miles. I had issues with stereo. It should be covered under the 34000 warranty. Of course “they can’t find anything”. Well still happening bring it back and still can’t find anything. Well finally problem is found and guess what it’s now out of warranty. I will never be back to Toyota of Santa Maria.thanks for all you guys do
