I take me 2005 Lexus there for service. On my last visit I ask them to check my fuses because my cig lighter was no longer working. I believe they never even checked it. Because I got tried of it not work so I got on you tube and found how to check and how to replace it. Two fuses were out, I replaced them and everything is working. I will never go to Toyota again.......unwilling to work with you .........I dont have the best credit but enough to qualify for a new car....this salesman, per the manager , tells me to get a personal loan for 6000 dollars and come back and they would see what they could do for me........I knew then what was what........I then went to another dealership and 3 hours later I had a brand new car..........be on the look out Toyota I am coming to show you my new vehicle and what you lost out on.....and I will let my friends know ... read more

Traveled 3 hours to look at a car. Made an appointment previously. We get there and the guys we were told to ask for are not there and the car is sold. We knew there was a possibility of the car being sold so that is not a big deal. We asked when it sold and it had sold the day before. A quick email would have been nice to let us know it sold and would have saved us money and time. I believe they just wanted to get us there and try to sell us something else. I expected better customer service from a Toyota dealership.
