I just bought my second car from Toyota of SM and it was an amazing, fun process.....so not the stereotypical car-buying experience. Jonathan Reiss was a fantastic salesperson and made the process seamless. Between Carl in finance and Carl, the GM, I'm not sure who made me laugh more. I completely recommend this dealership for your next car. I'm so happy with my 2016 Highlander....it's magnificent!
I recently purchased a 2016 corolla s which was not my first choice but they gave is a heck of a deal. First off i couldnt get one with a sunroof or nice rims. After taking the car we went on a road trip and was having difficulty accessing the navigation so i called toyota and apparently mine did not come with navigation which i did not know when i bought it. Needless to say its a slow basic car and will definetly be upgrading to a tacoma very soon but without all the bs of not getting it how i want it.
Big thank you to our friends at Toyota for another seamless transaction on our new vehicle. Robert Perez was very professional and patient as we decided on our purchase and Scott the Finance Manager made us laugh during the wrap up process. Manny Curiel remembered us from earlier in the year and came in on his day off to make sure that we were treated like family and worked very hard to ensure we left that day with our new car. Thank you again for all the wonderful service!!!!
