Had a great experience. Jesse James is a great salesman and very personable. He provided answers to all my questions and I would highly recommend him and your dealership. I love my new rav4! Thanks also to the finance manager. A day later I needed help with my new vehicle and Jesse was there for me. They have hand painted pumpkins benefiting the mission hope cancer center which is where I received my care. I would highly recommend jesse!
I feel deceived. They don’t want to give me what was promised in my purchase contract. Very deceiving sales technique. We purchased a vehicle from their used lot with the promise that it would be detailed by the delivery day. We drove from LA trusting their word that the car was ready and clean. After a three hour drive, we found the car in the worst condition one can imagine. Bought new camry had crack in windshield said would replace it. Finally got call to set up appointment. They call 2 days later to change time. My husband took day off of work. Then they call and cancel all together. My husband explained he took day off of work and they told him it wasn't their decision.I'm sorry. It is your employee so that makes it your decision. They could of had hom bring it in gave him loaner until guy could get to it so he doesn't have to take day off of work again. such rude people there.
