RecommendedGreatest service staff. They have always gone the extra STEPS to make sure we are satisfied. However if they can't I know they have made reasonable efforts and accept their recommendations. We have 4 Toyotas out of thirteen cars. Toyota reliability is so assuring, and the repair and maintenance expenses of all four of our Toyotas combined is so very limited in comparison with the rest of our herd. Just bought a brand new 2019 Toyota C-HR and I have to say there whole team is fantastic! My wife and I had a definite red carpet experience at Santa Margarita Toyota when we purchased a new 2019 Toyota Tacoma. Mike, Robin, Kevin, and Richard were all amazing helpful and knowledgeable and answered any questions we had.
