Car buying is never fun, but we had a great experience at Santa Margarita Toyota. My twenty something year old son was getting his first new car and Nick in sales totally hit it out of the ball park! He explained everything regarding the car, the lease terms, everything. Super knowledgable and none of that goofy car sales person stuff. Everyone was happy at the end of the day! Plus I have had nothing but great experiences with the service department since the ownership switch. Keep up the good work!

I purchased my Tundra at one dealership, live closer to another dealership, and yet I consistently bring my vehicle to RSM Toyota because of their excellent and AAA approved service department. Fortunately I have had regular maintenance visits with one exception. An odd issue caused my truck to lose most of the power and only produce 2200 RPM.
