We were in the market for a used car. Found a car using the AAA website. The car was located at this Toyota dealership in Rancho Santa Margarita. From the moment of my first phone call to set up an appointment to test drive this vehicle to the actual purchase...everyone was friendly and professional. Our sales guy Jim was awesome!! He was friendly, informative and best of all NEVER pushy!! We would definitely buy another car from this dealer and we live in Chino Hills...it was worth the drive!

I took my 2017 Tacoma in for service last Thursday my service writer was fantastic but when I got my truck back I had greasy fingerprints on my seat and my hood where the mechanic close the hood and didn't bother to wipe off the greasy fingerprints just disappointed
I called and got an appointment for 45 minutes later. After dropping the car off, the maintenance was completed earlier than estimated. Santa Margarita Toyota always makes us feel like valued customers.
Had our vehicle serviced and Steve was hands down the best service advisor!!!
I have never had a bad experience at this dealership. Everyone from the first encounter acted in a professional manner and did their absolute best to satisfy the customer. My maintenance was done within the time predicted and extra work identified for my approval. The facility is well kept and very user friendly.
