My family has been loyal customers of this Toyota dealership from the start. Never had a problem until now. My Tacoma that is less than 2 years old had a system failure while on a recent trip. We called Thomas and brought it in for evaluation. Because I have 0ver 36k miles on it, they wouldn't honor the warranty. The "Factory Rep" was unwilling to work with me on this and meet half-way or waive fees. I had been expecting the usually good service and was sorely disappointed.
