Bar none the best team I’ve worked with to get into a new vehicle. The service department is always clean, friendly, professional, and very clear on what they did for what cost. I purchased a Camry from them last year. Within a week a very loud knocking noise started. I took it to them and they refused to fix the problem stating they confirmed the noise but it was not a mechanical problem. Also, when I bought the car they told me it was Toyota certified and came with Toyota care for 2 years or up to 100,000 miles. Excellent customer service! I just visited this location for help with replacing my tags. Not only did they fix my tags, they cleaned the car, replaced the rear wiper blades and fixed my key! I'm ready to hit the road and thank you for the kind attention.
I owe a huge apology to the Sewell service department. I picked up my car yesterday after it had been in the shop all day and I wasn't very friendly. I absolutely did not mean to take my frustration out on the wonderful service crew at all. I hope they understand that I was just upset over the ordeal. Once again, I'm sorry.
Some Salesmen would say anything to try and sell a car, I guess when this one realized that the car deal wasn't going to happen he decided not to communicate any further with me. Very poor follow up on his part, he apologized via email instead of calling (which is what I would have done) and I guess passed me off to a Sales Manager who was nice but still doesn't make the situation or experience any better. Sewell Toyota is jerking my son and his wife around. Their car was towed their 8 DAYS AGO for rodent damage to the wiring. This has occurred twice before to their Toyota truck, so they informed the service dept to check the wiring first thing. Service tech DID NOT put the vehicle on a lift to check, just ran a code reader, only told my son of one code (transmission), but not the OTHER 9! All indicators point to rodent damage to wiring, yet still, they want to charge more labor to put it on a lift to check for damage to wirin... read more
I purchased a Toyota vehicle yesterday evening from Salesperson Virgil Nolan. Virgil was so informative and mainly, just a nice person who was EXTREMELY professional and polite.
