About a week ago, I took my car to have the front passenger side window fixed. They told me it was fine, and they cleaned it with Windex, after the service department (mechanics?) stated that it looked like someone tried to tint the windows and left some glue or something. My car is brand new 2018, and it has no tint. I tried to explain when I roll the window down, it buckles at the base of the window, and it does the same thing coming up, leaving a sticky residue. So yesterday, I had a wonderful experience at Sewell Toyota. Scott Lewis gets 5 stars in customer service and made the processs very easy for a guy like me who doesn't really like doing these things (car lots). Everyone was super friendly and made me feel like family. I highly encourage anyone that's thinking about a new car to give Scott a call and he'll make it happen for you!!
