I had an incident involving my new Camry XSE in July; I did not purchase my car at Sewell due to another car being sold out from under me 4 years ago (long story, but I take my car buying elsewhere since). Great experience with each and every department for the past three years. First with the service on my Tacoma and then to the sales team on a trade for a family car and then to the parts department on getting random cup holders my kid looses as well as a recall. Everyone here goes above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction. I will miss them when we move. For sure the ‘chick fil a’ of car dealerships! Thanks for everything y’all.
Garbage! Low ball trade in values, horrible sales floor manager, didn’t even look at my trade and made a low ball offer with it sitting in the parking lot. Then I get a email for the general manager about let me know what I can do. I emailed with no response. Sadly I now hate Sewell Toyota and will not give them any business of mine or friends.
All of the employees we met were so welcoming and helpful AND the whole dealership smelled really good! Virgil was funny and down to earth, a dream to work with! He was willing to help us to find something within our budget and never made us feel inferior because we’re “young.” Mike broke the mold for finance guys. What an amazingly easy process. I was working. Test drove a Rav4 on my lunch break. Got the ball rolling then headed back to work. A few texts to answer some questions and a quick trip back to sign the paperwork & pick up my new ride. Thanks bunches for accommodating a busy hospice Homecare nurse.
