I am a Fleet Coordinator with a local company and have utilized all Toyota dealers within Fairfield County for sales as well as service, Toyota of Stamford is the best by far. The service manager Tony is wonderful as is his staff, most notably Chris , Brian and Corey. It is nice to walk into a dealership and after dealing with the porter who accepts the vehicle to the service writer who checks you in all the way up to the service manager, they all remember your name and welcome you with a smile. I bought my highlander at Toyota of Stamford 7 years ago. Since I bought it I've had all my services preformed by Toyota of Stamford. I am pleased to say that I've only had great experiences since then.The service reps have always been courteous and helpful. Whether for an oil change, when I waited for my car, or my recent 60.000 miles service, they have always had my car ready on time and many a time my bill was less than what they first quoted me. This is my second purchase from this dealer. My first purchase was used the second was new and what I liked was the comfortable family oriented feeling. I never felt pressured and the saleman was very patient and helpful. Service has always been completed in very well and in a timely matter. I will purchase here again.

I've dealt with Toyota of Stamford for over 15 years and their service department has always been courteous and professional. I have always sent my family and friends to do this dealership when they're in the market for a new or used car or for service. The entire dealership has a great family atmosphere.

Toyota of Stamford has always taken great care of me and my family. From the time I purchased my 4Runner and a few service calls. I purchased a Toyota Matrix. We were extremely happy with this purchase as our sales person - was absolutely outstanding. The entire staff makes you feel comfortable, they are very caring and made sure to always follow up. Toyota of Stamford is my #1 choice and absolutley recommend it to everyone, they are extremely professional. "Toyota of Stamford Bill Mckale will keep you satisfied- thats my Toyota..." I have been a customer of Toyota of Stamford for twenty years and I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a car or have it serviced. The family atmosphere and professional service is an always welcoming experience. I could recommend a more professional group of people to buy and or service a Toyota with.
