I searched for a pre-owned Highlander Hybrid for about 3 months before finding the vehicle I was looking for at Toyota of Stamford. My wife and I have been shopping around for cars for quite some time and we have to say that Joe has been the nicest and friendliest sales person we've ever dealt with. He has a great personality, had alot of patients and explained everything to us. He didn't rush us into buying anything, he made us take our time. He also introduced us to Anthony to go over all the paperwork for the car and he was nice as well. Patient and friendly. Basically, our overall experience was great!
This dealership is by far the best dealership experience I have ever had!!! Polite, informative, and it is actually fun to be there while I wait for my car to be serviced. All around a great customer service experience. I will definitely purchase my next Toyota form Toyota of Stamford.
Benji was the best car dealer we've ever dealt with, and we have bought quite a few cars. He was honest, easy to talk to, not at all pushy, really helpful, friendly and fun. It was probably the best and easiest car buying experience one could wish for. We drove 4 hours from Vermont to see the car we found on the web partly because the car sounded good, but mostly because Benji was so wonderful to talk to on the phone. If we need another Toyota, we will look at Toyota of Stamford first!
Joe was professional and listened to our needs. He was able to offer a competitive price and outstanding service. He was not pushy and did not try to sell us something we didn't want.

We visited several Toyota Dealerships in the area with an interest in a Rav 4. We also own a Highlander which we are keeping. We have only dealt with the Westport Ct. dealership in the past and had become dissatisfied with both their service and knowledge of new product, especially since that dealer was taken over by New Country. Amazing customer service. Extremely efficient. Will certainly be back for all our needs for our Prius. We used to go to the dealer in Greenwich, never again now that we have had the sense to come here. Their site is great as well. Very easy to book my appointment, and when I had to call they were extremely friendly. I also asked for an estimate for some damage to our car and they had it to me very quickly with no pressure to schedule the appointment right then and there. I am very glad to have found this place!
Joe was terrific. He explained and reviewed the entire car for us. He was patience and went out of his way to give us wonderful service. He made the experience a very pleasant one. In fact, everyone that worked at Toyota in Stamford was great! They were friendly and made you feel very comfortable. We were able to ask them any questions, and they always knew the right answers. We are very pleased with Toyota of Stamford and would definitely buy another car from Joe Carbonell and work with the staff at Toyota
