First, I’d like to express my gratitude to Albert Gonzalez at Toyota of Stamford, for going above and beyond, and walking me through all my options. Albert was recommended to me by my sister in law who has gotten many of her cars from him. Prior to even stepping foot in the dealership, Albert was constantly communicating with us over the phone and letting us know the best deals on the car we wanted. When I finally went in today, he was extraordinarily helpful and described the car very thoroughly. He also took me on a test drive and continued to tell us more about the car throughout the ride. Mr. Gonzalez was pleasant, helpful, patient and a delight to work with as I worked through which car I wanted and all the options I wanted. He was informative and not pushy at the same time. When he called that my car had arrived, he helped me do anythign I had to do before I returned to sign documents and pick up the car. He greated em when I arrived, and explained the car features and even helped set up the bluetooth for me. I am a recent college graduate and I went Toyota of Stamford hoping to lease a Toyota corolla. Albert Gonzalez was the first dealer I spoke with. He was very pleasant and highly informative.He gave me a clear picture about what to expect and explained the difference between financing and leasing for me as an international student. Albert was a FANTASTIC salesman: courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, helpful, and above all, professional. It was a pleasure doing business with him and I will certainly look to do business with him again. One thing that I must mention is that Albert went above-and-beyond the call of duty by helping me solve the logistics problems of getting two cars home from the dealership (i.e., the car I arrived in, plus the new car that I just leased). Toyota of Stamford has satisfied my needs perfectly. Of all the car dealers with whom I have ever dealt this one is the friendliest, most honest and fair one. I did not feel like "just another lease customer". I felt cared for, and treated as though my requirements counted. Brandon, Steve, Derrick and Christian were attentive and extraordinarily helpful.
