Always high standards with Toyota.
I called yesterday to see if your service department could reprogram my key fob, was told that they could not; and that I would have to buy a new one from then. I told them I had purchased my 4 Runner from them and still the answer was no. I googled "how to" and was able to do it on my own. Your customer service needs improvement.
