I went to their dealership several days ago after speaking with a salesman named Trini. When I arrived I called him to let him know I was there to look at a vehicle I saw online. Trini never came outside to meet me. I called him twice and he didn’t answer. I called from outside and spoke with a Manager named Lee. I told him about Trini. bought a used car the salesman was awful he kept talking to my sister like she was buying the car. a month later kept having problems with the tires had to buy all 4 tires because the ones that were on the car were ALL patched, and was told by Discount that they were dangerously patched and should have never been put back on. when i called the dealership all they said is they did a tire check meaning they looked on the outside. Used cars are way overpriced. They will do anything to stop you from going to your own bank for financing. Bank won’t finance you if the asking price is higher than the value. That’s why they want you to put money down. Side note. I have made several comments on their Facebook posts. My comments are being deleted or blocked. Not a reputable company if they don’t want people to see bad comments. Stay away.

I have a long list of complaints for this dealership but it doesn't seem like anyone cares. The latest complaint is that they are running a fake promotion where they tell you your car is in high demand and they want to buy it from you. They go on to say that right now they will give you 100% retail value less reconditioning (?) as trade in value on any new or used vehicle. They tell me my offer is $2,500 but the offer was sent as a screen shot with retail value of just over $7,200 as the top image and blow that the trade in ... read more
