My husband and I bought a vehicle here in late August and have had the most challenging time having representatives return emails and phone calls regarding monthly renewal of our temp plate; and now actually receiving the ACTUAL PLATE..? My husband has consistently contacted them to resolve car issues that were brought up months ago, and there has been total silence on their end in response to telephone messages and emails. We recently bought a Toyota Forerunner from Toyota of Santa Fe. The sales person, Trini seemed very responsive while we were going through the purchase process. The car was used so it was missing a spare key and a wheel cap. Our salesperson assured us that we could get the car in the following week to get a new key and get the wheel cap. It took six weeks to get the key made, our once stellar sales person would not return calls or text messages, the customer service went out the window as we drove off the lot. Service department is a joke. Would not recommend taking a vehicle there to get serviced. Was told that I had to replace a part myself due to a craftsman issue.
I messed up on the VIN number thinking it was a salvage title! But still would not recommend this dealership because of the way we were treated when we bought the car.
