So you advertise a price on your website, because you decide to change the vehicle, you raise the price $3k. False/deceptive selling tactics, will be filing complaints with BBB, and NM Attorney Generals office. warning everyone never buy a car here, even called Toyota directly.
Poor warranty service. After 2 years, the 84-month battery in my Prius is dead. I’m was told that the only way to receive warranty work is to drive my car in to have the battery replaced, but I cannot drive the car because the battery is dead. Their solution was to buy a new battery, put it in my Prius, drive it to the dealership, then have the dead battery reinstalled for testing. If it fails, then I will be refunded 50% of the cost of the new battery. WHAT A NIGHTMARE 👎

Best dealership! I went in late in the evening right before close and everyone worked after hours to make sure I could have my new car as soon as possible. Really really great team!!

Gerardo Macias wasnt very nice, I felt like he was treating me as if he was more than me just for working in a place like this, I stated paperwork for a Toyota Tundra a few days later he called to let me know it had sold! VERY unprofessional, I ended up going somewhere else.
