Sad, this used to be the best dealership in Riverside. We've bought many cars there, serviced them there and have gone back. The only good thing I can still say is the service waiting area has been redecorated. The service team is slow and does not keep you informed when they are going to take MUCH longer than expected, promised a wash and delivered a dirty car back to me.
