However you want to call him Charles Gonzales, Chuckie, or Sweet Chuck he's the best man for the job if you want a good deal. We went in thinking we would get a used car and hopefully not to old. Chuckie gave us a whole new outlook. We went in and got 2017 and a good deal. If there's one thing I know Charlie won't give you the run around and I'm sending all my friends and family to him. I had a great experience with George and david. They were very nice and helped me get the car I wanted from another dealer. It was easy and fast. David sat with me in my car showed me everything on the dash and how it worked. So I felt secure on taking off with it.
I went in for a recall check, unfortunately they needed to keep my car but Brent was very helpful and explained everything, set up the rental car they were providing and kept checking on me to make Sure I was being taken care of. As always my time at Toyota was great.
