Ever since I moved to Riverside I've always brought my Tacoma here and Brent has taken good care of me with my services. Recently, I had to bring my truck in for a minor repair, and Jacob was great with his follow ups on availability for parts, and now my truck is running well again.
Went to Toyota Riverside for 3 recalls they got everything done & almost 2 hours earlier than they quoted me. Was nice to come pick up my car washed & ready to go.

First time at this location, one of the things I praised them on was Customer Service. When I call I get a live person, no phone run around like another location I try to call and get tired of pressing numbers to try to get someone so I can ask a simple question. Qudos to you. I was given an ETA of 3 hours since I had no appointment. To my amazement I was surprised my vehicle was finished much sooner than the eta, Thank you Toyota of Riverside.

Rachel is awesome. I was looking for a new car so I contacted Rachel. She found me exactly what I wanted and the entire transaction was done in a very short amount of time. I was hungry so she drove me to get food. I have bought a lot of cars over the years and this has by far been the best experience I have ever had.
