The guy said it would take 1 1/2 hrs for basic oil change. 2 hrs later said 10 more minutes. Only because I asked what’s going on. 3 hours later I was angry. Asked again what’s going on and I think he just forgot I was there. Got my truck. Windshield half ass cleaned. No car wash. I will not be going there again. The guy said he will make it up to me next time? What the hell did he mean by that?!!
great service just takes long was there 2 hrs but i would recommend going there
Ty was very helpful. My car runs great, turns out there was an issue that was covered under some program by Toyota. He recommended a fuel injector cleaning that was recommended for cars with the mileage on my car. Both services were done my car was washed and ready for pick up same day!!!
Toyota of Riverside was Great. My salesman Manny was excellent . Highly recommend going there.

Came here on 3/10/18. It was a rainy day. After I parked my car, one of the Toyota people (David Z) came to me holding an umbrella only for himself and let me fully exposed to the rain as I was asking questions about the 2019 4Runner TRD Pro. I told him I had some questions regarding to this specific vehicle. He literally told me that everything is online and I should just look online. My experience in Toyota of Riverside was probably the worst customer service I have ever received in my entire life.
