These people are the worst especially finance manager Akron and the person Michelle in Charge of pay offs when you make a trade in. I have my own credit union who finances me and they were so quick to take the full check and cash it right away and 1 month later they can’t even do my pay off. I can’t believe they tried saying there is no deal when they cashed my $33,641.95 check, so disappointed with this dealership. Sales Manager took care of us very well, but the finance manager didn’t, their were some fees that he did not mention while going through the paperwork, something did seem wrong while we were going over it, but he tried to brush it off like everything was normal, we got a good car but felt like they took advantage of us, very disappointed in the sales tactics that were used against us while we were in the finance department, we got a good car and thought we got a good deal until we saw we got charged for 895$ just for a car ... read more
