Very poor service!!! My appointment is 11 am for an oil change & specifically requested for car wash, which Toyota service guy said everybody's car get a courtesy car wash, my oil change was done at 1:30 pm & to my disappointment, my car wash not washed at all!!!! The temperature outside was soaring 108 degrees!!!! So pissed���
Love my service guy. Hate the shuttle service. Over an hour wait. Rental car girl wasn't very nice.
The service department was great I went to handle a recall they got me in and out of there the service director is great person and all the staff was super helpful and most of the writers have great personalities the cashier's and salesman were also friendly would recommend to come down here and get your needs here
