It's been a number of years since I've bought a new car, but I kept watching for the new Highlander. Finally, it came! Lovely car. Over the years I've stayed in contact with my saleman Devin McWhorter and his wife. Devin is my go-to at Toyota of Muncie. He knows his product, is quick with info, honest with finances, and willing to work with me. His support staff is excellent too -- from financing to parts (he got me some new floor mats) to really good car service. Just can't say enough about Devin and Toyota of Muncie!
Brandon was honest and straightforward from the first interaction we had when I started inquiring about trading in my vehicle for a 3rd row SUV. Awesome experience with Devin and the Muncie crew... looked at a Tacoma that I wanted a few things changed and they stepped up and made it happen... even delivered the truck to me at my home over 2.5 hours away. My first trip into Toyota of Muncie was not so great, I went to their Kia car lot and was simply looking to see what was available and to see if there had been anything the peaked my interest. after looking at just one car a salesmen came out and was a bit too pushy.
