I needed a car desperately and I was referred to Brandon Franklin and let me tell you he listened to what I needed and wanted and found me a PERFECT for me vehicle. I absolutely love my Ford Escape.
I bought a car over the phone! It was a wonderful experience. The sales persons David Rhum and David Miller were terrific to work with. Mr Rhum did not try to sell me things I did not want and made this sale possible. I went through the Costco program and this was the absolutely best car buying experience I have ever had. Jason McCorkle was awesome and did everything he had to to put me in an awesome new RAV4!! The entire team at Toyota worked their butt off! Go see them if you ever need/want a new car!!!
Love my vehicle but if you buy one make sure they put new tires on it. In less than 9 months I am having to replace all 4 tires even with full warranty. They said they checked out the tires but the only thing they check is tread depth. Not good customer service.
My wife said, "Best dealership in Muncie" and I agree.
I don't even use Facebook but created an account for the purpose of giving some earned praise to this dealership. I can only say, don't make this your last stop folks. Come to Toyota of Muncie first. You would be hard pressed to find a better team that will work with you and get you in the car you want. They get it. They place a high value in customer satisfaction and I will be returning for future vehicle needs.
My husband and I were just going to look at a few cars and check on prices! Then we met Devin!! He bent over backwards to show us 3 vehicles and my husband fell in love with a Nissan Frontera! What a deal! So we went home to get our old truck and the new one home!! Thank you to Toyota of Muncie and Devin for making my husband so happy!!!!!

RecommendedSteve Winburn was great! We stopped in just to look while passing thru to a softball workout. We looked, found and bought a car in an hour and a half!!!!! Kudos to sales and the finance department!
