My wife and I just went tonight and traded in our car for a 2017 camry. I have to say hands down the easiest, most understanding, non pushy experience buying a car ever. I WOULD recommend anyone buying a vehicle from this place. Very professional. A big thank you to Devin Mcwhorter he made the whole process go by rather quickly and easy. Although very busy he did a great job. Thanks again and I'll be looking forward to doing business in the near future.
RecommendedThanks to the guys working Friday evening at Toyota of Muncie. Desperate to get my headlight replaced on a dark rainy night after the service department was already closed, the guys who were there jumped to my rescue. Attempting to replace the bulb, they found it was only loose, got it working, and got me on my way to Indianapolis. They were so sweet, and I truly appreciated their help. Thank you!
Billy Adams was awesome. He was so helpful to understand what we were looking for. And worked hard to show us all that was in our budget. With the help of the finance personal (Micky)we left with a bran new Kia Soul. And I want to also praise the finance Director for explaining our options and info so we understood. Even thought I live over an hour away I will happily go here for all of my car buying needs, had a wonderful experience with Mickey Rogers, for a first time car buyer with credit issues I had no troubles and he helped me get my dream car, would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new or used car!!
