Buyers BEWARE. I know the lending industry. When I sat down I said I wanted no games. Games from the beginning! Tried to work a deal today and they tried to swindle an extra $11,000.00 in my contract. Right in front of me and lied to my face. All the sudden they realized I knew and tried to back track and say oh it should be $5,000.00 less. Oh yea what about the other $6,000.00? Then they wanted $2,500.00 down that wasn't even taking out of the total so where the hell were they putting that? In their pocket? This is NO joke.... read more
