Just wanted to say that I had a great experience at Toyota of Melbourne. The entire staff was friendly, but Chad, the salesman that we had, was especially helpful, knowledgeable, and on top of his game. I'd definitely recommend someone who is interested in a Toyota to check this location out and ask for Chad.
We flew in from out of town to buy a truck from Mick Fields and we had a great experience! It was very late (flight delay) and the dealership should have technically closed but they went on, business as usual. No one ever made us feel bad for keeping everyone there late. Mick had the truck all ready for us and it was so perfect!
I had the most wonderful car buying experience with Matt, Josh and Jay. How happy I was driving home in my new RAV4 XLE. They went above and beyond to make it possible for me to buy the car I wanted. My friend who is a single mother went in to look into purchasing a car, the Car salesman Mitch sold her on a Corolla. I think he took advantage of her...she had a budget and he made it out to be her only option (exceeding her budget) he was looking out for himself and his commission not the customers actual need/want..I know my friend should have looked out for herself (been smarter) she couldve walked away but she didnt...I would never buy a car from this dealership..when she talked to the manager he said he couldn't help. ... read more
