We dealt with Mick Fields. He made the whole car buying experience easy and fun. He was always available for our many questions and also threw in extras for the new car we bought. Probably the worst car buying experience I have ever encountered. I was there 2 weeks ago to look at a Toyota Highlander and told them I would be back in 2 weeks to run the numbers and potentially buy a Highlander. My salesperson was great and we kept in touch. We came back yesterday and he was with another customer. We had a new salesperson who was less then steller.
