I really enjoyed working with the folks at Toyota of Melbourne who helped me get into my new RAV4, especially Salee Starbuck. She went the extra mile in the whole process and I definitely recommend having this dealership near the top of your list when considering a car purchase.
Our experience was the result of cheap, money grubbing management. We told the salesman what we wanted, what we would pay-in cash and the deal was done. The problem came afterwards when it was time to collect on the "we owes" given to us at time of purchase. They refused to provide a loaner as agreed. When my husband spoke to the salesman he informed us that with everything they were doing to the vehicle, there "wasn't enough money in the deal" to provide a loaner. I was browsing cars and met josh Snyder and he showed me some cars and was not to pushy. If I ever buy another car it will be from him.
As a recent widow I was nervous to deal with servicing my 10 year old Camry. Doug and John were professional and patient with me! Now my car is well in it's way to being my teenagers safe and reliable family car. Mama wants a new Highlander!
