I love Toyota of Longview. In August of last year, my wife's Honda mini-van was totaled in an accident. After an exhaustive search process, we decided on a Toyota Highlander. Our VERY kind and helpful salesperson, Tammi Jo Taylor gave us exceptional service without being pushy or unprofessional; this is one of the best car buying/owning experiences we have ever had. I wouldn’t buy a drink of water from them if I was about to die of thirst and I wouldn’t piss on the fire if that place was burning down. They sell you a car and then forget all about you I bought my wife a car from them when we found out about all things wrong with it they won’t even return her call or anything she called them 9 times to talk to the salesman Matt that sold her the car never called back they don’t care once you sign that contract you are on your own.
We had one of the absolute best car buying experiences here. I found a vehicle online & was in contact with Robert Darden about coming to look at it. Being from out of state, accommodations were made for us once they knew we were truly interested. Each transaction went seamlessly from video chatting with Robert to "look" at the vehicle to getting with Tammy Taylor regarding financing all from the comfort of my own home! I love my Toyota and this dealership used to be amazing. My most recent visit just a week or so ago was borderline disastrous. Politics blaring on the TV and they tried to overcharge not only myself, but also two other customers on various services. Mine just happened to be $43 over on brake pads and rotor resurfacing. Once I mentioned it, it was hurriedly corrected. Always check your bill before you pay.
The service manager, Jeremy, did a good job of making sure I was taken care of. The porters (the ones who took me to work and took me back to dealership) were very friendly and pleasant. I enjoyed talking to them.
Ron Navara in the used car department did an excellent job pre and post sales to ensure we had the right vehicle. He made the process easy. He is the best!!!
The purchase went great but their service past that was worst experience. Stolen items and damages to vehicle...they found every excuse not to take care of. Yes I purchased used...got good deal...doesn't mean I am satisfied if I have $70 worth of item stolen from truck and have damages that weren't there before.
