Both sales people I have had the privilege of working with for my vehicles (first a 2015 scion XB and now a 2018 Toyota CH-R) were amazing! (My most recent sales person being Zachary Williams) The entire staff in the years I have continued to deal with this dealership has been wonderful and pleasant, as well. My wife and I were looking for two new vehicles and knew we wanted Toyotas. Drew York was our sales representative and was awesome through the entire process. This is a great Toyota Dealership ! Everyone here are always super courteous and efficient . Doing business with them is like doing business with friends and family . Well they broke off a lug nut when rotating the tires and stated " they can't find a replacement and you(my wife) would have to drive without one". And this was when she advised she was making a 600 mile trip the next day. My wife called the company the next day and she was advised that they couldn't fine 'one" but would have to order another set. With all of the cars in their lot, they couldn't find one? They have lost us as future customers. John White
Had a recall on the software for our 2018 car, took it in had it updated, then problems started, parking assist not working, which kills the cruise. Took it back to Toyota dealer, they couldnot fix it, now what do we do??????
