I purchased my truck last summer and about the only part that was tolerable was the salesman. I had items taken out of my truck by the detail people, damage done to the truck after I signed the paperwork that they refused to fix and probably the worst and rudest sales manager I have ever had the displeasure dealing with. I took my truck for an oil change yesterday and I can safely say the service department is no better. Service staff were friendly and helpful.
No presure sales people. Every one nice and not pushy. Checked in for appt and they checked with us a couple times, it was a 2 1/2 hour wait for the recall repair. Awesome place thank you.
Service department is mediocre at best. I made an appointment for an oil change which is covered by my Toyota Care maintenance package. Despite having made an appointment I still waited 2 hours. Then the service person tried to charge me extra for the job, which is covered by the maintenance contract. She was very kind, but completely untrained for the job.
When my son's car was totaled in an accident, I found myself in need of a car quickly. Having owned several Toyota's in the past, I knew immediately I wanted a Camry. Tim Holyfield made this the easiest car purchase I have ever done. After identifying the car I wanted, he handled everything quickly and efficiently. The finance department got my loan approved quickly and signing the papers was a breeze.
