I had an awesome customer service experience. They gave me the status on my vehicle...check for warantees. I was so excited that I hugged the service personnel. Cust service should be great everywhere like this. I got that Chick-fil-a customer service experience. I will definitely go back!
I bought a rav4 from Ashley here today and I must say, this was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had! totally recommend!
My husband and I was looking for a RAV4 and at first I wanted a Limited. We had a awesome salesman Bobby and he said that would be out of my price range so he showed me one that is 2 years old and low mileage. And I love it!!! They are not pushy and the don’t yank your chain. I highly recommend Toyota of Longview to anyone and I HIGHLY recommend Bobby!!!
By far the best car buying experience! I've had many dealerships try to rip me off because I'm a young female that probably doesn't know about vehicles. Well all of them were wrong. I have never been so insulted over the phone before as I have today. For the rude lady I spoke to around lunch who decided to run her mouth in the office to another lady about how I must be stupid to not understand English just to let you know "English" is my first language and yes I am 100% a U.S. citizen. I wasn't aware Toyota had racist people working there ! Never will I take my business there nor will I EVER recommend your place of business to anyone else !
Quoted a price of $10,995 plus TTL on a car. Overvalued by about $1,700 at that price according to KBB. Same car listed online for $9,827 from this Dealer. Salesman Zene said he chewed his boss out because that effects “his creditability”. Fair enough. Salesman Zene then quoted $10,071 OTD for the car. Perfect! We’ll take it! We go get a cashiers check for the full amount. Back to the dealership, we test drive again and then wait for the paperwork. They could at least vacuum the floor if they are going to charge for free service
Wow reading all the other negative reviews except for a couple, we have never encountered any problems. Bought our Tundra (love it) sale went great, service great in all areas. But I did notice yesterday the TV wasn't loud & it wasn't on News/politics, (thank you)
