I feel the need to share my experience so that if you're thinking of using Toyota of Glendale's service dept you think twice. My car was dropped off at 8 am for an air bag recall and we were told by Wilson Del Castillo that it should be ready around 1 pm. I called to check in at 12:45 pm and was then told that it would be ready NO LATER THAN 2:30 pm. I got no calls but decided to head over anyway just after 3 pm. Guess what? I like the service and I always leave plenty of time since they are so busy. But my complaint is every time I leave my car, it comes back out dirty. This time it's covered in dust and little drops of something all over it, and I had just had it cleaned professionally. Another time someone had dropped a coffee all down the side and they did not clean it off. I might shop service prices though.
