Toyota of Glendale will lie about anything to sell you a used car. If you're seeking the integrity of a dealership opposed to taking your chances on Craigslist you've got the wrong place! Prior to my experience at Toyota Of Glendale I was a loyal customer at Heritage Toyota in Burlington, VT. Over the years I've purchased a plethora of used and new Toyotas. I'm extremely disappointed that the integrity of Toyota's dealerships is not ubiquitous. Used car buyers beware!
Dishonest. This place is shady. Do not shop here. I never write negative reviews but they screwed me over, so I feel it is warranted. I bought a used 2007 Prius here in September 2015. I chose to go to the dealership because I felt like it was a safer bet than Craigslist. My main concern about buying a used Hybrid was the battery. I did my research and found out that around 150k miles hybrid batteries need to be replaced and usually cost around $3000. Amazing customer service! Make sure to ask for Jorge, he was really helpful and Spanish speaking which was great! He explained everything in detail and made sure you understood what you were signing and what were the best options for you. This is our second time buying a Toyota car from a dealer and this was by far the best experience!
