Super helpful. Didn't want cloth seats so I thought I had to go with the Prius 4. They directed me to a Prius 3 Touring which had the faux leather option I wanted. Sweaty soccer kids make fabric seats a bad option for me. Saved money and got the features I wanted. Very satisfied.

I never ever write bad reviews. But I have to today.Called in this morning to schedule an appointment. Was told the longest it would take would be 2 hours and I said that worked but it could not go over two hours as I have to do something at 2pm. Gave them my car at 11:30. They gave me an outrageous price for a service. $60 more than I have paid or been quoted at any other Toyota. I was ready to leave so they took a measley 20 dollars off.
