My Prius battery died and I had to go in without an appointment, they changed the battery and checked the tires, brakes and other things just to be through. This only took an hour or so.

On October 17th I went in for my 10,000 miles service arrived at 7:00 am no appointment and was out at 8:00 am. Before I could finish my morning calls my car was ready. I had expected to be waiting a least 2 hours. Thank you for your excellent service and attention to customer care.
Service department is head and shoulders above any other dealership. Every single person is professional, does what they say they will do, does it on time, and takes responsibility for good service. Carlos, the manager, is a gem. I've been going to them for 30 years. Consistently the best.
