The wait time for an oil change is between 2-3 hours wait. The lounge sucks with poor seating chairs. They offer a shuttle ride...that’s fine. They will call you after over 3 hours that your car is ready. The shuttle is ready to pick you up within 30-45 mins wait, fine! The shuttle will show up 1.5 hours at least. The cashier, the service representative....the whole experience was a DISASTER! No apology, nothing! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS SITE ever again!

All the reps at Toyota are very friendly and go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. We've been taking our cars to Toyota of Glendale for the last 10 years -- wouldn't think about going anywhere else.

Service department here sucks. The shuttle they will say takes 15 minutes but then 30 min later still nothing. The service itself takes 2 hours and by the time I get back home I have to come right back.

We ended up at Toyota Of Glendale after we had an absolutely horrible experience at North Hollywood Toyota, just 15 minutes away. Sleazy sales staff made sexist jokes in front of my wife and were very condescending to both of us. They couldn't answer basic questions about financing and seemed deliberately vague about the key numbers in order to maximize the overall price.
