Went there to pick up my truck and the service department was closed. The lady at the receptionist desk was supposed to have my key, but didn't. she proceeded to tell me that it was my fault and I need to come back tomorrow. I told her that I wasn't leaving here without my truck or her paying for another day of my rental car because it's not my fault that their service department is completely incompetent and didn't give her the key.
