RecommendedAfter visiting a few other Toyota dealerships Gladstone was able to give me the best deal on the exact vehicle I was looking for. The sales manager Cherany offered to show me the list price without even asking myself. Something the other dealerships treated as if it was a threat to public safety! Mallory was very easy and pleasant to work with all the way from the very first text message. It was a wonderful experience driving my new 4runner off the showroom floor! Thank you Mallory! Ps. I just purchased my dream truck from Eric Kalik at Gladstone Toyota. From the first call with him I had a feeling that I was dealing with someone who was honest. When I asked about the model he actually said "That is a tough model to find but I will do my best to locate one" instead of the "I'm sure I can get that for you" line of bull that I'd been told at other dealerships. Things I appreciated: I never felt pressured to make an un-informed decision related to car buying. Jamie was transparent about their dealership's tactics and philosophy. Price was reasonable and negotiable, which anyone can appreciate. They were not able to offer me a great deal on my trade in but offered me a referral to a place down the road that paid top dollar for my trade in, this was why I chose to go with them opposed to other dealerships I was working with. Stand up guys in the Service department. They stood their ground with Corporate and got the enhanced warranty work done on my Tacoma!! I belong to a Tacoma group, and have heard horror stories about other dealerships. Not these guys... They're A1 in my book!!! Service Manager, Austin Tsuruta and the all the mechanics deserve a pat on the back(maybe even a raise) for going above and beyond the their duties!!

Emileigh went over and beyond to make sure our truck buying experience was great! She found the hard to find color my dad wanted that other dealerships couldn't find and even helped us clean out his old truck. The old truck bed mat was so dirty but that didn't stop her from climbing in, even in her heeled boots! We will be reccomending Emileigh to all our friends and family.

Everyone at this dealership is absolutely AMAZING! We worked with Raeanne (sales) , Vincent (sales manager) and Dolp (financing). Raeanne and Vincent were on the ball finding us a van that would work for our family of 3 kids plus 1 on the way! And Dolph made everything possible. We will definitely be coming back every time we want to buy a new car!

I was apprehensive of my first new-car purchase experience, with all the stereotypes and bad stories out there. Eric did a wonderful job laying all my fears to rest. He was entirely respectful and, once he understood what I wanted, didn't waste my time trying to change my mind or add things I didn't want. Instead he was informative, going above and beyond what I thought to ask, and never rushed me. A really pleasant experience from start to finish.
