Was happy to purchase my truck from them. Service is typically great. They promised to put me is something comparable for a recall maintenance appointment. Turn out that's a Malibu... I made it clear upon scheduling my appointment that I needed something with 4wd/awd. I guess insuring something follow through of promises/guarantees isn't a high priority.
RecommendedI can't say enough good things about Toyota Of Gladstone. Of course it is the "SALES STAFF" who make it what it is. Our sales person was ANGEL GROSE and her name ANGEL fits her to a "T" . She was not pushy at all. She listened to us. I went in only wanting to look and compare. But I knew exactly what I wanted and I was not settling for anything less. My husband and I came in just to "look" at some cars and had made an appointment with Sou. I had been in a terrible accident a couple days before and was told that my car was a total loss. Sou took the time to show us a few cars and take us on a test drive. He listened to what was important to us and always had the answer to any questions we had. I went to Gladstone Toyota. I was introduced to Aaron. I gave him some challenges to work with and he made it all look easy. Still follows up a month later to make sure I'm completely happy with my purchase and if I need anything or have any questions. You typically don't get this type of amazing customer service after the fact. I couldn't appreciate it more!

I brought my 2003 4-Runner in for new brakes...love this SUV!! No intention at all of buying. I did want to look at a hybrid, and after Kenny showed me the Prius Prime, blue (my favorite color), 133 MPG.... I was hooked. My insurance agent said she never insured a car with only 3 miles on it before! Kenny was not pushy, was knowledgeable about the car, and if he didn't know, he found someone who did. I swore I'd never buy from a dealer (that was 2003), but this changed my mind. Thanks for a hassle-free experience.

I got financed @ 8% interest rate by Toyota, and finance department told me that every year I paid "on time" I could refinance with Toyota, and get interest lowered....well ...it's been a year, called TFS yesterday, they informed me that they in fact do NOT do that!!!! Hmmmmm very disappointed by that!! Oh, and called @ 5000 miles to get car services, rude people, so another Toyota dealership takes care of my car!! Not impressed!!!!!!!!! And on a final note....you are not REQUIRED to purchase GAP, and that does NOT improve y... read more
