I bought a truck from this dealership and they sold it saying that it is "safe to drive". The truck had a history of missing its service. Then after I had gone over my 10000 warrently the service department began to tell him about all these probables that the truck had and that the services should of been done before I had bought the truck. Worked with Raeanne Barker, the experience was exceptional. Love my 2015 Tundra. Price was right and the whole process was easy. Update: My experience with Toyota of Gladstone continues to excel! used their service department and they didn't charge me because of the slight wait.

Awesome Customer service and the shuttle is a nice touch keeping people from having to pay Uber/Lyft . Also the shuttle not only takes u to where need to go after dropping off ur vehicle but come to get u when ur car is done. It's also cool that I have the same supervision on my car every time. We were chatting online with Raeanne. When we arrived at Toyota of Gladstone, she had a Camry and a Prius side-by-side, ready for us to test drive, just like she promised.
