I am changing my review due to some financial stuff from you guys. You keep saying more and more so you don't have to pay us our money! Everytime we call it's one thing after another with you! What a joke of a place to buy a vehicle. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
I bought a used car (2009 BMW 335i) on the 15th, which was a Friday. The people I worked with through the purchase were great. They were very friendly, professional, and even played with my daughter in their play room while my husband and I went through the financing portion of the purchase. A+ and 5 stars for customer service before the purchase. However, on the drive home my husband noticed a droning noise coming from the left rear tire at about 7o miles an hour. Wow what a disappointing experience. I stopped in just to ask if they had a 16 Tacoma with a stick shift. First off the salesman had no product knowledge, never introduced himself and kept calling me by last name even after I corrected him. They were so hellbent on having me drive an automatic that I wasn't intersted in that they stopped listening to what I wanted.
