I bought a 2018 Toyota Tacoma from Kristin last Friday, May 25th. I originally inquired about a Tacoma over a month ago and Kristin did not forget about me. Kristin was amazing. After another dealership told me I was searching for a "a unicorn", Kristin got busy and found me the make and model with exterior and interior colors I wanted. Kristin and the internet sales team were great. they worked really hard to get the exact vehicle we wanted. There was an issue with our paper work and we needed to return to the dealership to resign them. Well I live in the South Willamette Valley and travelling to Portland is not what I would call relaxing by any means. I was able to contact dealership prior to my visit. Sou Chao was very pleasant to work with on the phone and answered my questions about inventory etc. My time at the dealership was enjoyable. Sou was readily able to assist and help broaden my search based on my earlier inquiries. I did not feel rushed or pressured during my visit.
