My sales man was awesome but I’ll say that’s about the only good thing. Long story short i got “approved” for not one but 2 cars and then magically the deal fell through and i had to return them after 2 weeks and left very unhappy
RecommendedIt was great working with Denis and Brian to get a car that is great for me. I'll be getting my next car from this place.
My wife and I enjoyed great service by Denis who stayed with us through the whole process. It was a low pressured environment in which we greatly appreciated! He delivered the car, got my wife's phone hooked up and showed us all the features. We highly recommend Gladstone Toyota!

My wife and I were on a long journey to find the perfect RAV4 hybrid at the right price, and Toyota of Gladstone went above and beyond for us. Jake spent so much time with me. He is super friendly, great conversationalist, and very low pressure. He even came to my home in Kelso, Wa to pick me up. They knew I wanted a car (only 3 in 500 miles), and worked hard to make sure I got it. And an excellent price!!

Gladstone Toyota dealership is the place to purchase your car. This was my second time buying a car from this dealership, although I interacted with totally a whole new group of people the second time. The second time was as excellent as the first one. Jake was funny and friendly and he treats you like a friend that he hasn't seen in a long time. Tries his best to make you feel like you are the only customer he has. He doesn't make you feel rushed at all. You tell him what you want and he will show you it. He will also find out if it's in your budget and if it is not possible then he will give you comparable options. And anytime after the sale he will answer anymore questions you have.
