Terrible customer service. My friend bought a brand new car, has developed problems that they refuse to address. They hang up on him when he calls. Got so bad that he just left the car there and walked away. Nice way to treat an old man.
I have never wrote a review of any sort, but after the experience I had at this dealership I believes it’s worthy. Both my boyfriend, and I drove to Toyota of Clermont, 45 min from our house to look at vehicles and try to come home with two vehicles. Granted, I knew me getting a new vehicle that day would be difficult due to my current vehicle. Excelente servicio, personal muy amable y profesional
We were promised a loaner/rental because of the repeated recalls on our vehicle. When we arrived no rentals or loaners were available. The representative had promised a rental/loaner would be ready for our appointment time. Instead we were shuttled to our scheduled appointment. When we called for a pick up once our car was ready, The shuttle was sent to our home instead of the drop off location. Nikita and Marc were fantastic when we came in to explore our options with the Highlander and Sienna. Not pushy at all and very supportive! Marc worked very hard to give me a good deal adn make it work when I didn’t have a down payment ready that day! Alison, our Finance person, was also very friendly, helpful and efficient! The whole team made us feel like we were VIP and certainly gave us red carpet service, with cleaning our windows, getting our floor mats in amd celebrating with us! Thanks Toyota of Clermont
