I went there to replace the battery of my car. As soon as I get in the service department, the guest service porter greeted me. Ask me very nicely what I needed and call a service advisor to help me out. Then the service manager Victor Negron came out to help me. He's very helpful. Check the old battery first before replacing it to make sure that it really is the problem. It was a quick and pleasant service for a walk-in like me. I have a Toyota Scion 2013 and I went to the Toyota of Clermont to receive service oil and filter change to be exact. So by the time my oil and filter had to be changed again I went to Walmart to have this service cuz it was cheaper. To be honest I didn't want to go to Walmart cuz I had bad experiences every time I don't go to Toyota but this time Toyota failed completely with their services. I ended up getting another car through Toyota of Clermont and I just have to say how satisfied I was with the customer service again! I first started off with Andreas in Sales and he was such a sweetheart! Very sociable and approachable . Steered me in the right direction! Then I spoke with a Rosangelli and she was great!
